Responsibilities:
- Book loads and coordinate truck drivers for timely delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members for smooth operations
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve transportation issues and delays
- Maintain accurate records of driver activities and shipments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in truck dispatching or transportation logistics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in dispatching software
